Fri, 20 June 2008 ![]() ^^How I will remember this season^^ The best season of Tiger Baseball in a while (technically the best since '00) has ended. Everything was going our way. The weather helped us get out of a terrible 1st inning. Bradford and Coleman were pitching lights-out. Clark extended his home run lead to 28. White (UNC's Ace) wasn't that spectacular. But after loading the bases to pitch around UNC's best hitter, the luck ran out. It was only the 2nd home run allowed by Coleman all season. But I'm not sad. Sure, tomorrow's gonna suck, and I'll grumble about it all week, but after this miraculous season, how could any Tiger fan be disappointed? The Real bad news is that, with the exception of a few Tigers in the Olympics, LSU sports year is over. The Geaux Show will reconvene soon with a season wrap up, then it's the dead time till Fantasy Football season. It's 70 days till kickoff. I'd better get the tents to the parade grounds now.
